Because our items are custom made for you when you place an order, we cannot accept returns except for in the following instances:
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

We go to great lengths to ensure our products accurately reflect the anticipated size. In any case please have a look at the size guide on the individual product page for accurate measurements.
